On my website I have free downloads for old and young to take part in.
They are completely free and can be coloured in or painted, or use cut out coloured paper or coloured salt and stuck on, which looked really effective, especially adding the glitter!
Art is such a good therapy and is proved to be good for anxiety and mental health. Maybe this could be a wet afternoon project this half term… Enjoy and please feel free to share your creations with me. Love Becky x
