Escape to Paradise skiing vintage style, retro quote poster and print is created by award winning Devon artist, Becky Bettesworth. Her quotes and vintage style prints and posters are inspired by the classic 1930s travel posters. This is the first picture Becky has produced which is away from her Summer Seaside posters, and comes from her love of skiing and being in the mountains and simply 'Escaping to Paradise'. Keeping her use of pretty pastels to create a nostalgic feel with the majestic Matterhorn in the background bathed in late afternoon golden sunshine, casting long shadows against the white snow contrasted against the clear blue sky. Showing a skier jumping mid flight almost motionless in time, with a sense of thrill and adventure emulating a bygone era and the perfect winter holiday.
