Be Happy mindfulness, yoga vintage style retro quote poster has been created alongside Don't Worry and Faith Hope and Love which together sit as three motivational quote prints to help promote a sense of calm and stillness in this crazy world and time that we live in. Where stress and anxiety can rule our busy minds and there is real importance now for us to be quiet and still and to show gratefulness and thanks.

Created by Becky, she wanted to combine her love of the vintage nostalgic seaside with her love of yoga, meditation, and well-being. Sitting facing the sea and greeting a new day with a sun salutation. Be Happy is a reminder that each day we can take a few moments to realign our thoughts and choose to start afresh.

In our busy lives we constantly have our heads full of thoughts about the future or about the past - what are we going to do next or what are we going to become or how well or badly we just did something. This means we're often not that aware of what is around us, and what is happening in the here and now. So there's likely to be a lot of good stuff that we miss (or not so good stuff that we really need to be aware of). It also means that we often do things more out of unconscious habit rather than fully conscious choice.

Being mindful means being more fully aware of what is around us - what we can see, hear, touch and taste. Connecting to what is happening inside - our thoughts and feelings. It's about learning to observe all this but not getting caught up in thinking or worrying about it, so being able to choose where we focus our attention.

Mindfulness and Yoga have been shown to help us be healthier, less affected by stress, more relaxed, more creative, more open to learning, sleep better, improve our relationships with others and feel happier and more satisfied with our lives.

The Om symbol is at the heart of yoga and signifies the union of mind, body, and spirit. Often chanted three times at the start and at the finish of a yoga session, it is said to represent the one-ness of all creation. Which fits perfectly with the overall positive message to Be Happy!

Instantly brightened up our bedroom. The vintage travel poster style is gorgeous and so stylish. Excellent print quality and fantastic packaging. It makes a wonderful statement piece or gift for any coastal lover!

Lovely piece

Beautiful picture - it makes me smile alot

Fell in love with this beautiful picture, at a sea swimming friends house and just had to have this in my house! Sea swimming has helped me and it’s just as much to do with the gorgeous mermaids you get to dip/swim with and we are so much stronger together! X

I love this print. A coastal living year round swimmer, it just says it all!

It is all framed and ready to be hung. It is a fab picture which will be our centre piece upstairs, the first thing you see when you come downstairs.

Such a lovely print
Beautiful colours

My wife requested the print for Valentines Day, and was thoroughly pleased with it. It now sits next to the ‘All you need is Love’ print, on one of the bedroom walls.
Happy wife, happy life.😀

Gorgeous colors. Lovely... just lovely!

Piece of art! Heavenly...

Have a number of prints and never disappointed with them - good quality and gorgeous designs which make you feel good just looking at them.

I was a little concerned when I received this through the post. It was a bit battered around the edges from being pushed through the letterbox. I was worried the picture was going to be damaged but there was no need, it was perfect.
The colours are good and it will look great when it's framed. Perfect gift.
I love your work Becky

Materials, Framing & Care

Materials

Printed on high-quality artist paper, true to the original colours and detail of each piece. A1 prints are made to special order on giclée paper for the sharpest possible finish - please allow up to 7 days lead time for these.

Framing

Every frame is made by hand to order, so framed pieces take 10–14 working days to despatch. Crafted from white grained wood with an optional double mount, and glazed with acrylic rather than glass for safe transit, giving the same look without the breakage risk.

Caring For Your Piece

Keep your print or poster out of direct sunlight to protect the colours, and avoid rooms with big swings in temperature or damp, both of which can cause the paper or frame to warp over time. If you're framing it yourself, dry mounting and professional framing are both great options.
