Wild and Free vintage style, retro quote poster is created by award-winning Devon artist, Becky Bettesworth. Her quotes and vintage-style seaside prints and posters are inspired by the classic 1930s travel posters.

I have absolutely loved creating this picture. As you may know, wild swimming has become a daily activity for me and it inspired me to create this artwork. Wild swimming is invigorating,  I would highly recommend it to anyone. It makes me feel so alive and refreshed, and it's free!

Wild and Free shows a group of friends running into the sea together and having fun, enjoying life and staying fit together.  They immerse themselves in the cold and come out to enjoy a warm drink and share stories of what wild swimming means to them.  It brings a sense of community and sharing joy which has also benefited their mental health too!

I hope this makes you smile, and looking at it reminds us that it really is the little things in life that are the most special and treasured.
